The competition will consist of students designing, under the direction of the teachers, a fixed-wing aircraft with a maximum take-off weight of 4 kg.

The jury for the competition, which will establish the first three classified, will be the Department of Aerospace Science and Technology of the Polytechnic University of Milan, through its student association FLY MI (https://milano.euroavia.eu/)

This association will identify the first three classified.

The minimum design work required is the definition of the drawing of the three views of the aircraft.

The scoring criteria will be the following:

a) completeness of the project (calculations)

b) innovation and/or originality

The aircraft project must be sent by email, in .pdf format, to the email address gispa@iisponti.edu.it

The deadline for submitting the project is set for mid-June.

The announcement of the first three classified will take place at the end of June.

The award ceremony for the first three ranked institutes will take place in October.
